Fast Draft workshop: Day 9
I'd be lying if I told you that I did my best to sit down before my computer and write something today. The truth is that I didn't even try to write at all. Instead I sat hunched at my computer desk and surfed the web like there was no tomorrow. I logged into Ebay and checked out stuff for my house. I want to put something to identify the house, you know, the numbers. So I was especially looking for tiles with letters and numbers. Nothing cute or with flowers. I hate those. But it seemed that was all I could find unti I ran across one that makes engraved personalized house names and numbers plaques. What called my attention was the design of the "Green Woman." It's just perfect for my new house! But the problem is that it's made in England, so I'll have to see if they ships overseas and how much they'll charge. As it is, the plaque is a bit expensive. You must be in the same funk I'm in. Although, I've now acquired a cold. Does that count as an excuse?
Oo, I like the Green Woman Plaque.
Yesterday, I spent the day playing PacMan on the web. *sigh*
Jax - You got a funky cold? Hmm... yeah, that definitively counts as an excuse.
Kat - Oooooooh! Pac-Man! I've not played that in years. A couple of nights ago I unearthed my Game Boy and played Doctor Mario and Tetris. *LOL*
Pac Man is the best. Frogger too. Hmmm. Tetrus, Space Invaders....I love the old games.
The plaque is beautiful!
Ooooh, the plaque sounds nice. I must get one when I get a new house. :)
Bri - Uuuuuh... I've forgotten Space Invaders. *lol* I was more into Kirby.
Danica - They're made in England so they're a bit expensive, including with postage & handling. But they're so original that they're worth it. *g*
